Project 1 of 64 Castlereagh St, Sydney (known as the “Bvlgari Building”).

Gravitus Finance assisted with the acquisition of two ground floor strata shops and a strata basement, which were later consolidated and refurbished. Upon completion of the refurbishment the property was leased “in one line” to Bvlgari Australia Pty Ltd.

Warriewood Industrial Complex

Prior to the GFC, Gravitus Finance successfully obtained construction funding to assist with the develoment of a 16 unit industrial site at Warriewood, Sydney.
