Support was provided by the valuation and design teams to ensure an appropriate solution for an expanding small national removals and storage firm.

Proposed A-Grade office, 7 level purpose-built ground floor child care centre, café and retail,46 bicycle parking bases and associated change rooms/showers. Registration for 5 Green Star GBCA design and proposed commitment for minimum 4.5 NABERS design target.
