The team initially was involved in providing valuation services to the client and a major financial institution then after settlement, was commissioned by the client to supervise the Strata title of the building. Whilst this process was underway the team then provided property management services, which included securing pre-lease commitments for the proposed Strata lots, and ultimately a role of selling down the strata units either as an investment or for owner/occupation. Total value on completion, $10 million.

The Valuation and Property Management team has been involved with providing valuation, leasing and management services of this existing industrial unit complex for and on behalf of a private investment group for 20 years. During this time we have been able to provide our client professional services and advice in this regard, and also have an enviable record of retaining our tenants continually, and enjoy nil vacancies. This factor alone has ensured our clients retain an optimum value of the subject property. Current valuation at $7.5 million.
